Veterinary professionals: progressive professionals dedicated to providing high level of care to their clients/patients and a high level of training for their staff, with ongoing recertification over time First responders (firefighters, police, search and rescue, EMTs/paramedics): professionals who recognize the importance of the human-animal bond, especially in emergency situations, and how providing “pre-hospital care” to animals during emergency situations can preserve this bond and even improve outcomes in human rescue situations. Pet owners and animal service professionals (groomers, day care assistants, etc.): those who want a basic understanding of handling pet injuries and emergencies.
